My car was picked up as requested in NY and the guy assigned to ship it suggested we leave the key under the mat so my daughter didn't have to come to meet him at the car. I found that a little disturbing because we were instructed by the company to complete a Bill of Lading to sign and document the condition of the car. If we had just left the keys under the mat with the door unlocked they could have said the car was gone when they got there.
