My Audi SUV was shipped to my new home without damage. They promised to pick my car up in 5 days and came on the second day. They promised 7 to 10 days to ship it. It came on the 9th day. Was impossible to track progress of the shipment from the dispatcher as well as the driver (did not picked up his phone). Other than that it was good experience.
