Overall, the car was delivery was well done. But one thing I would like to suggest is that they should reduce the size of the delivery window from 4 hours to 2 hours. If they cannot do that the driver'd better call the waiting customr at least two times. Once 2 hours ahead and once 30 minutes ahead of delivery. In my case, the driver was arrived later that the window of the time by one and a half hours and he called after he arrived at the spot where the dispatch team told me the driver would park his truck. I tried to get a hold of the driver before the deliverybut he did not answer my calls. I had a better place for unlading but I did not have a chance to discuss and give the truck driver directions.
