It took several days before Scott was able to schedule a pickup. But as soon as I received the pickup confirmation, I was on the phone with the transporter dispatcher and exchanging information about the vehicle pickup. The transporter showed up as scheduled and vehicle was delivered within the time frame estimated which I thought was pretty good. (MI to Napa,Ca in 4 days). Same driver loaded and delivered my car. Also I was able to get rough timing updates from the dispatcher based on transporter location.
Overall, my interaction with Ship A Car Direct was a pleasant experience and will consider them again for my next transportation needs.

Yes, for some routes it takes a couple of days to confirm the next available spot but once it's ready, it's good to go! Thanks for the positive review, Dennis!
