I must say that I was impressed. My vehicle was picked up right on time to start with on a Friday which was the day I chose for it to be picked up on. Delivery was supposed to be for the following day, Saturday, some time in the late afternoon. When I called to make sure the vehicle was picked up and to confirm the schedule of the driver, I was told that he can drop it off the same night which was a complete delight to hear. Not only was I off from work on Friday, but to hear it was to be picked up and dropped off the same day sounded awesome. I agreed to having the vehicle dropped off at my residence. Luckily, it was only a 2 car carrier so the driver was able to bring it to my front door. The driver, Alex, was great. Very friendly and we had a nice discussion as he unloaded my vehicle off of the truck. What can I say? I was always afraid that my car would get stolen and disappear never to be seen again but this experience has changed my outlook on shipping a car. This was such a smooth experience and would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat.
