My husband and I recently just moved from Washington to Florida and did not like the idea of driving for a week or more, just to get our car to our final destination. We looked up Ship-a-car direct and saw that it had excellent ratings, so decided to entrust our car with their service. The sign up was quick and easy, and comparably cheap to other services. The only downside to this service is that we didn't know the time/day of our pickup until 24 hours before they actually came. This made me very nervous as we were flying out the next day, so had no carrier accepted our shipment, we would have been in a complete bind. Thankfully, this did not happen, and someone was able to pick up the car. When the car arrived there were no new scratches or damage, just some dirt, which is to be expected, as they drove all the way across the country with my car in an open carrier. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, and will use them again if needed in the future.
