Fast delivery, So-So communication with contracted transporter

Ship a Car had good communication, but the company they contracted with was a little more difficult to work with. I was given a 2 day window for pick up. The day before, I was told it would be on the 1st of the 2 days. On that day, after making arrangements to be available, the pickup was pushed to Day 2. I give them high marks for the transit time, though!
