Overall I had a great experience with shipping my car from Colorado to Florida using Ship a Car Direct. Once I started researching shipping my car, I apparently got on some data base and was flooded with calls, texts and emails. Some of the sales people were quite rude and I became very disillusioned with the whole thing. After more research and looking at the Better Business Bureau reviews, I found Ship a Car Direct. I spoke with Eric and felt he was very professional, friendly and informative. I felt more comfortable with him than any of the others I had dealt with. The only challenge I faced was that it was somewhat difficult to communicate with the car carrier driver. He had limited English abilities. I was informed that my car was going to be picked up on Monday but the driver called and said he was 2 hours away on Sunday. Luckily someone was available to meet him to load the car. I was also told my car would arrive on Wednesday and again I received a confusing text from the driver on Tuesday that he was 2 hours away. Again, I was lucky that someone was available to receive the car a day early. It took 2 days for my car to get from Colorado to Florida and it arrived in good shape. Overall I am very happy with the service and I would use Ship a Car Direct again.
