I spoke to many different companies before deciding on Ship A Car direct. Eric was helpful and was able to arrange for a pick-up in my narrow time frame. I received a call from the driver on the day of pick-up and met him right across the Hudson River in NJ. The car was delivered in the same condition 6 days later (estimated delivery time was 5-7 days). The customer service was great- I'd definitely use Ship A Car direct again.
