Answered all questions by phone prior to having to make any kind of commitment. Once a commitment was made there was money exchanged until a carrier was lined up and name furnished to allow for review. Upon approval , deposit was made. Driver then contacted me directly to give me a pickup date that fell into my requested time frame. Driver called prior to pickup date and gave me an estimated time and later called giving me about an hours notice. Timely pickup and a curtious driver. Arrived on time to my destination with no damage.
