Scott was great throughout the whole process. He kept in constant contact and made sure there were no surprises. Around the delivery date, he sent an email with the subject line "Give me a shout if you need me," which just gave me more reassurance that I had someone to contact if I had any problems with the carrier. Fortunately, the carrier was on time and professional. Following the delivery, I received a follow-up email from Dale who just wanted to make sure everything was okay with the car shipment. Overall, great communication and great customer service!
