Ship a Car Direct is very transparent about the business and the process of shipping the car. They answered all of my questions promptly via email and were easy to reach by phone. I was contacted a few times to ensure I was satisfied with the service, and my car made it without any issues. The only thing that was a bit odd was the carrier name differed slightly from the specific name that Ship A Car Direct emailed, but I was then able to verify the carrier and confirm it was the correct one. I have notified them of the difference so they can update their system, and I'm happy with the service.
