I appreciated the honestly that these guys provided me in explaining how the delivery system works. I had my car shipped across the country in the middle of winter and just after christmas. The weather was really bad - a major snow storm had just passed through New York and another one was brewing. The trucker managed to pick up my car and deliver it within three or four days. Everything was in good shape. I will definitely use these guys again - their rates were competitive is not better than some of the other shippers I consulted.
