Excellent experience!

I had contracted with another company that had excellent reviews and I thought I had been very thorough in my choice. The company disappeared completely from the phones and internet about 2 weeks before the car was to ship and after I had paid my deposit with a credit card. I was tempted to drive the car from Wisconsin to North Carolina in January because I was very uneasy about trusting any new company. I spoke with Scott and Ship a Car and asked many questions. He was thorough and patient. I decided to go with this company and was a little nervous throughout the process even up until the car was delivered to my son. Every step of the process went as planned and everyone from Scott to the carrier to the carrier dispatch operator to the actual driver was courteous and helpful. My car was picked up at 7:00 PM on a Tuesday and delivered by 8:00 am on Saturday in perfect condition in the middle of winter. I couldn't have been happier and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
