Eric, at Ship-a-car-direct, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me confidence that his team were monitoring my order for auto transport, contacting me by phone several times to update me on the process. Although this was an out of state purchase, sight unseen, I had absolute faith that my vehicle would be delivered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to work with a company of integrity and patience.
