My car was delivered without any issues to the car itself. Weather in the Midwest and then weather on the east coast resulted in a 1-month delay to the car being picked up in Maryland. PLAN to be flexible and consider avoiding trying to have your car picked up around Christmas. You cannot expect for the delivery times to hold fast. Budget a lot of time on both ends because you cannot be guaranteed a pickup date or delivery date. If you are flexible, even very flexible, you will not get stressed out. If you need your car delivered in a tight deadline, this may not be right for you. Also, I felt like I did have to be very proactive to get information amid the delays. I did always receive a call back within a day or two. Otherwise, no problems. I would recommend this service strongly as long as you are not on a tight deadline.
