David at Ship a car direct was very helpful in scheduling and managing all stages of the move. This is the first time I am moving a car and I was not sure which agency to contact. Ship a car direct had good ratings so I contacted them. David was my rep, and he was quick and prompt in answering my queries. He gave a pickup and delivery window date, quotation and kept sending emails explaining different stages of the process, including the do's and dont's. He put me in touch with the carrier, Transauto,who were very courteous Iin answering calls. The drivers whom I met, both during dropoff and pickup, were very well mannered. The pickup was on time, but the delivery was delayed by two days due to the holiday season - that was ok. The delivery happened at night so they gave me 24 hours to inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered in the same condition when it was dropped off - atleast I couldn't"find any noticeable scratch etc.
Overall I am very satisfied with the service offered by David - ship a car direct. They are very good at what they do!!
