Ship A Car was a pleasure to work with, though the third-party who actually transported my car was not great (lied to me about when my car would be picked up and didn't stick within the time windows they gave me).

Thanks for the positive feedback about our part of the service. Sorry to hear your carrier's timing estimate was off. (Carriers don't want to lie to you about arrival estimates, but may be overly ambitious about drive times or face an issue en route with traffic or weather or another customer on the same load.)
