For this cross country car transport need I wanted to be careful as I saw several terrible reviews of brokers/transporters.
Ship a Car Direct had excellent reviews which turned out to be accurate,
The only thing I can tell anyone is that, while we as customers might like to be told immediately when we start the process that we are confirmed, the process can require the patience to wait until closer to the time you want to be picked up. We were advised of this and it worked out great.
