Tom was very helpful getting a date and switching from closed to open transport.

I had to go a little out of my way to meet the driver in NJ from Westchester - but it saved some time overall. Once I turned over the car it was pretty painless, though. Car arrived right on time in CA, was a little dirty on the outside but nothing that I did not expect. Took 7 days from drop off in NJ to delivery in CA. Zero damage to the car I am pleased to report.
