Ship A Car Direct was a fantastic company to work with. I wanted to ship my car across the country, and their service was easy, convenient, and decently priced. David was my main contact person. He handled all my questions very well- there was a bit of miscommunication between when we wanted to car to be shipped/delivered, but everything was adjusted to meet my needs. The carrier couldn't quite deliver on the day we wanted, but we worked something out to my satisfaction. The company was very responsive to my requests and called me several times to ensure that everything was as expected. I have absolutely no complaints about the customer service I received, and was very happy with the amount of personal attention that was given to my situation. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct as my experience went smoothly.
