Since I was moving across the country, I had to ship my car earlier than when I was actually arriving, so as to minimize the amount of time I would be at my destination without a car. My car was picked up on the same day I listed the car as being available, which was a huge plus. However, due to placing a "do not deliver" notice with my car for a certain date (I didn't want it to get there before I was physically there), my car took 16 days to make it across instead of their usual 7-10 days. When it came to getting my car, the driver had a bit of bad luck and lost his transmission the afternoon it was supposed to be delivered. Being that he was stuck less than an hour away, I drove out there (after much confusion as to exactly which exit he had pulled off at) that night because every day I was without my car, I was paying for a rental vehicle (which as you can imagine, adds up pretty quick).

At any rate, I got my car safe and sound and was just thrilled to have it back so I could stop paying for a rental. Despite all of this, the customer service with Jason was great, so at the end of the day, I'm just glad I got it.

Thanks for your feedback, Sue! It's true that we can work around timing restrictions, but there isn't always a perfect, exact match.
