I highly recommend Karen at Ship a Car Direct. She followed up, she advised, she returned calls. Using a broker makes perfect sense as you could get a poor shipper. The first shipper that took my order couldn't commit to the pick-up date and I was limited as I was leaving town. The next shipper offered to pick up the car two days sooner and arrived the day after I returned home. When I was unable to reach this shipper (no working vm or didn't return calls to the other number) Karen or her 24 hour per day customer service desk did.
It is worth their fee.
