My car was delivered on time. From the beginning Dale (my agent), was very honest and up front about everything. There were no hidden charges or surprises. When my car arrived, it was damage-free. Just very dusty and dirty..which is expected when your car is shipped by open carrier. So if you use that option, just be prepared to get a car wash!. Also my trucker, Scott, was amazingly sweet and nice. Amazing customer service. I'd definitely used again!
