Everything was great. I don't like that I had to wait until the day before for a carrier to be assigned, but apparently that is how the carriers work, it is no fault of Ship a Car Direct. This is my 2nd time using Ship a Car Direct and both times I have had very good experiences. I would recommend them and use them again. Also, Desmond from Elgin Transport was great and I would recommend using him as well.

Thanks for your five star feedback, Phyllis! Yes, it does seem weird that we can't give more advance notice, but carrier drive times vary from week to week depending on business, traffic & weather. Because carrier drive times can't be controlled, carrier schedules are confirmed within a day or two of pick-up.
