Like the name plainly states, Ship A Car Direct is THE way to ship a car directly. I submitted my car for a quote and received a quick response by Kay who led me through the process. The customer service was excellent, she not only answered every question I had, but also provided easy links and clear instructions. Ship a car direct does not have any carriers of their own but rather keeps a database of reliable carriers across the country. When you ask them to ship a car for you they will contact one of their carriers and get your car the best route they can. They will also give you the drivers direct line so you can contact him/her at any time to check on the status of your car. When I placed the order, my time frame was ASAP, they loaded it up within two days (much less than expected) and it was at my house in Pennsylvania within 3 days after that. My car arrived in exactly the condition it was when it was loaded on to the truck. I paid $850 for this service, from Colorado to Pennsylvania, which is about $200 less than most other service providers quoted me. They also offer a $30 rebate for anyone who reviews them, whether it is positive or negative, you will get your money for the review. I think this is a smart strategy for them because they know they provide the best service. Period. They are willing to pay all of their customers back a little bit because they know they will get good reviews. Now I am a college student, and getting me to write feedback is like pulling teeth. My time is not free and you cannot expect me to sit down and review your company/product/teaching when I have so much more stuff to do than that. Ship A Car Direct gets that and payed for my half-hour that I put into this. That's good business, and these people know how to run one. Overall 10/10. The service works like it should, is very transparent, and it doesn't bog your life up with needless trivia. This was my honest review and literally one out of two I have ever written.
