We contacted Ship A Car Direct for transport of 2 vehicles from northern California to Washington. The service agent, Emily, responded very promptly to our emails and needs. A carrier (Lana Auto Transport LLC) was assigned quickly and we had a great experience with the carrier assigned. The carrier contacted us when he was supposed to to arrange pickup and was extremely friendly and professional. Our cars arrived on time in Washington in the same condition as when we left them. Emily followed up with us to ensure the delivery of our cars went well. We were very happy with our service and everything was easy and smooth.
