My overall experience was Ship-a-Car Direct was a smooth and easy one. Their website was helpful and has lots of useful and informative videos about the car shipment process. Customer service (namely Matt) was always prompt, pleasant, and responsive. I thought that the price ($1175) to ship my car from Maryland to Los Angeles, CA was very reasonable as compared to other shipping companies and I was pleased the estimated delivery time of 7-10 days, though it actually arrived in 6 days! Some other company I had looked into wanted to charge much more and also said the estimated transport time was like like 14-17 days! Totally unacceptable. Yes, the OUTSIDE of the car was very dirty upon delivery but thats to be expected as it had traveled across the country to get to me! Overall I have no complaints and would recommend this company to friends in the future.
