The website is concise and to the point. The videos answer most commonly asked concerns. My contact person answered all my questions quickly and efficiently (and friendly). The driver came closer to my home than expected so I appreciated the surprise of that convenience. Our car arrived in two travel days in good condition. We are very pleased!
