I had a great experience with Ship a Car Direct. I selected them because of the good reviews I read about their customer service. From the time of my first call, they had a quote to me very quickly. I needed several days to decide, and called Matt several times with various questions, which he answered promptly and patiently. I made the final decision to go with them, and in less than 24 hours he had secured a carrier. I paid my fee on a Friday, and pick up was arranged for the following Monday. The carrier was unable to make the original date but pick up was rescheduled for the following day. No problems with the carrier, and he delivered the car 4 days later in Florida with no problems reported. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct and I would use this carrier again.
