Emily was so diligent in staying in touch with me. Every time I would wonder how the process was going, I would receive an email from her explaining the next step.
The car was picked up 6 days after the first available date but that was because I had let Emily know that I did not have a tight timeframe and I wanted to keep the price low even though gas prices had gone up. She was very informative and reassuring. Emily always got back to me with an answer within 24 hours of me emailing her.
The online videos were helpful in explaining the process.
The car carrier was easy to deal with and polite. I was shipping the car to another family member and they had a good experience on the delivery end also. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.
