First time shipping car , was apprehensive about pickup and delivery due to online comments about the industry. They were both on time with plenty of advance notice.
Kay from Shipping a Car Direct was excellent in every step of the process. The company notices fom the broker ,via Kay's email, were of great assurance that everything was in control throughout the entire shipping of my 2015 BMW. The carrier and driver Julio also were excellent because the broker knows the quality firms. Highly recommend.
