Shipping my Lexus from MD to CA

This is my 1st experience of shipping CAR to another State. I was I was very scared when reading the horrible stories over the internet about people experience as I bought my Lexus ES350 2014 few months ago and do not have any scratch. After few weeks of research and Yelp review, i finally called Ship A Car Direct and talk to Dell. I mentioned him that i do not have much time left as I am leaving on few days and CAR has to be ship while i am still here. I got the quote in few hours and Dell later called and confirm the pickup in just 2 days. On schedule pickup date, Harry (driver) called and asked my to drive to Wallmart parking as his 80-ft long truck can not enter to my neighborhood. I drove there and he arrived on time. Loaded my truck while i was standing there and assured e that nothing will happen to CAR. My expected delivery date was 5/15 in CA but when i was leaving to CA on 5/10, i got the call at airport that my CAR will be delivered on 5/12. They also gave me the driver phone number in CA to call if i need to change the delivery date. Upon arrival i called the driver next day and asked if he could delivered the CAR to my hotel instead of address I gave earlier. He was very nice guy as well. The CAR arrive on 5/12 and it was clean. there was nothing on it except few dust. Over all i love the service as will definitely use them again when i go back to Maryland.
