Emily at Ship A Car Direct was very helpful, honest and there to take you calls or emails. She kept me sane throughout this entire process as the carrier were not very customer friendly. Trying to get an update was like pulling teeth with G&D Car Carrier. They did get my car here on time so I can't complain. Just wish that their service was as great as Emily's.
