I had scheduled a pick up with another transporter, but at the last minute after calling and calling was told that it wan't going to happen. My friend contacted Ship a Car Direct and was told that someone would contact me the next day. Dale called the next morning and from there I had nothing but excellent customer service. He was very prompt and efficient to keeping me informed and following up with me. I was quoted a price, and then he called to let me know that they were able to get my Honda Odyssey transported for a cheaper price. He followed through, and contacted me after the delivery to be sure that everything went well.
I left the state before the van was picked up (only because I already had a plane reservation), but they contacted my friend and picked up my van on a Saturday evening. I didn't thinks that they would be able to get the van before Tuesday. Was I ever surprised when the van was delivered on Wednesday!! I had called the office to find out, but the driver was in contact with me. Everything went well, and there was no damage, and nothing that I had in my vehicle was touched!!!!
I would definitely recommend this company, and would use them again if there was ever a need.
In my opinion they get an A+.
