I was preparing to move to Oklahoma City from Turkey and my car was at my daughter's residence in Raleigh. I had never needed to have a car shipped and was not sure where to begin. I found Ship a Car Direct online and contacted the company. It was easy and I was guided through the process, step by step. As I recall, everything was handled via emails until shipment time. I liked that! Kay sent regular updates and helpful hints to make my experience a pleasant one. My car was picked up on the first available day I requested and was delivered quickly. The driver contacted us a few hours before pick up and delivery. I know that Ship a Car Direct is basically a broker. For me, it was worth paying a little extra and not having to spend time searching for a company myself. I think that the odds were increased for getting my car shipped within the ideal time frame. No complaints here!
