The process was kept simple. Most of the information was available in the email that they sent and customer videos. The carrier was communicating well about their arrival during both pick up and delivery. It was pricey than the other quotes that I had obtained, but I should not complain so much because the car arrived without damages. The transport time was quite short (~3 days). The first available pick up was pretty short too.. in 3 days or so. Overall a good non-problematic experience. Would use it again. Tom also did a good job on answering many questions that I had about the process.
