I called early in the week, put down my $200 deposit on a credit card. Called a day or two later saying they had someone to pick up my car. Was supposed to get it Saturday but ended up being the first thing Sunday morning. Which was fine for me, I didn't have to get a rental. The driver had a thick accent making it hard to communicate but we got it done. Car was fine when I picked it. No damage and not that dirty either.
