This was the first time I've had to ship a car during a move. I was fairly nervous, but after speaking to Dale, was a little more at ease. I've heard some horror stories since those of us in the military move quite a bit. But, my car made it just fine (a little dirty, what do you expect on a cross-country trip on an open trailer?) But there was damage from the shipping, we took pictures before and after. Pick up and delivery was fairly painless, delivery moreso due to trying to deliver in D.C.

I'm very happy with the way it turned out and would use again.
