I decided to transport my son's small suv from CA to MD. Called the top 3 rated companies on Transport Reviews and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct because of comments and reviews. The quoted price was not the cheapest but on the lower end and reasonable. I was assigned to Dale at Ship A Car Direct and he was able to locate a carrier within 3 or 4 days of the order. I was then transferred to the carrier with their contacts and phone numbers etc. Fortunately, I was given the driver's phone number and was able to communicate with him directly. About a week later, the driver texted me and informed me that the car will be delivered the next day. I received the car in intact (but dirty exteriorly) condition. Paid him COD in cash as previously agreed to. I would say the entire process was clear, easy and reliable. I would definitely use them again if the price is reasonable.
