David was so great at keeping me in the loop. It took a little while to find a carrier, but he came through on time and everything worked out really well. The driver was also really good about updating me on his status and was flexible about changing the drop off point in order for me to return the rental car.
I would write this review regardless of any incentive they give to write reviews.
