Tom was my contact person from Ship a Car Direct. He was very helpful, friendly and very willing to answer questions and offer advice. He normally response to emails/phone calls within 24 hours. This was the first time I shipped a car and I felt very safe and cared for.
The carrier he found for me was also very nice and responsive.
