Execellent service and great carrier choice

Emily was awesome! She was very prompt replying to my email when I had tons of questions to ask as this was the first time I shipped my car across the country. She followed up during the entire process and put me into contact with the carrier directly and even emailed me the carrier's insurance policy copy.
The carrier Esperanza Inc from Massachusetts called me a week before the pick up date and gave me the estimate of the date, and then two calls confirming pick up address (I didn't mind the double confirmation), then text messages with the driver throughout the process. As the pickup time was around 7pm on Tuesday (the first day of my available window), I changed the pickup location to the parking lot in front of the Randall's (near my home, but enough parking space and very bright). I was told that it might take five to 7 days to get to Stamford CT. However, when I texted the driver on Thursday morning, I was told the car would be delivered on Friday afternoon. I had to change my plan but I was very happy the car arrived early! Again I used the google map to find a big grocery store with spacious parking lot for the delivery. The car arrived without any scratch ( a bit dirty but considering it traveled over 1500 miles!). I paid $500 cash to the driver, signed the b/l. it's done!
Again, I want to thank Emily and Ship direct for the excellent service. It made my stressful move much easier! I would've definitely written the positive review for them and the carrier even without the $30 rebate.
