I was initially contracted with another company, that increased the price days before pick up. Once the other company got my deposit, they immediately became rude and difficult to reach. They even hung up the phone on me during a phone conversation. Needless to say, Ship A Car Direct was a godsend to me at a time when I was stressed out and upset. Their online videos answered all of my questions and were very helpful in regards to my upcoming car transport. I read about so many horror stories, but I had nothing but a pleasant experience. Best of all, the car was delivered EARLY. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again if I am ever in the need of transporting a car.They are a very honest and friendly company.
