I picked Ship a Car Direct after reading their reviews and doing a good bit of internet research. I spoke to two other brokers but found Ship a car direct to be most transparent. My Contact person was Emily. She explained the process thoroughly without putting any pressure. Did not over promise and gave me a realistic picture of the time frame. I was also able to quickly establish the fact that their commission was fixed and not a percentage of total bill.
The carrier assigned was My car Auto Transport. I could not find any information about them through a Google search. Emily looked up their profile and told me about their experience with My Car Auto. I had to go with her recommendation. Turned out, My Car Auto was very courteous even though they gave a short notice (same-day) for pick up. The delivery was exactly as promised.
Overall, a very positive experience. Will use Ship a Car Direct again, if needed.
