I had a great experience via ship a car direct. Dale helped me and gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions. Pick up went well and was promptly when they told me it would be. It was very easy, and I was explained to about the procedures that would follow. However, when they dropped my car off it got a little bumpy. They told me it would need to meet them at walmart in an hour so I proceeded to do so and put the extra car seat in my dad's car and headed over there thinking I would just leave my car after I pay for it and just pick it up later. An hour later, while I was already at my described pick up location of walmart I received a text that they were indeed at another location about 15 minutes away. I went to return my son to his car seat that was borrowed and couldn't get it to work. This was troublesome because had they been where they originally told me, I could have taken my car that had an already installed car seat in it and pick up my dad's car from the walmart parking lot later that day. Unfortunately I had to strap him back into the unsafe car seat and drive very carefully elsewhere to pick up my car. Other than that it was an easy and delightful pick up and the delivery guy was very helpful and detailed in inspecting my car. I would recommend going through ship a car direct to find a dealer because they give you every detail you need to know. I just wish the pick up had worked out a little differently.
