I thought the broker was great. The main thing that bugged me is that when I contacted the driver while waiting for pick-up, he told me that my car had been reassigned and gave me the number of another driver to call. I wish that they would have let me know as soon as my car was reassigned so I would have known what to expect. The cars arrived early which was nice.

Thanks for your feedback Heather! Sorry the driver assignment was confusing. We gave you the carrier owner's number upon dispatch because your actual driver had not been assigned at the time. The owner gave you the driver's direct dial once that was confirmed. (Driver availability isn't always set in stone days in advance, it is often confirmed the day before pick-up.)
