My company agent, Dale was very helpful, nice and professional in explaining all the process from finding a carrier to delivery of my car. My only complaint is that the car pickup was one week late therefore I had to pay one week of car rental (not paid by the company, of course!). The truck driver was very nice and professional as well. My car had no damage and only four days from from pickup to delivery from Ohio to California which I believe is great! I will definitely use their service again but will plan ahead to put an earlier pickup day so the car gets to my final destination when I need it, especially if it is a long distance move.

Sorry about the delay in availability, but your situation brings up a really good pricing point: you requested a lower price than our original estimate and you had a narrow window for pick-up. Carriers can't commit a week or two in advance, it's all about pricing it correctly and having timing flexibility around your preferred pick-up date. Carriers commit to the best priced jobs within 24-48 hours of pick-up. Dale is happy to help make it easier next time!
