It was my first time having ever to move my car. I was able to narrow it down to just Ship A Car Direct after calling 5 brokers/carriers. Portia was very knowledgeable and professional, unlike other brokers I had called. She would always call me back the next day, or maybe ever at a later time, whenever I left her a voicemail. She made sure I understand what I was signing myself before making a commitment. Portia even set the price so that it would best fit my situation and income, and the pricing is very reasonable. Not to mention, she even found me a VERY GOOD carrier to move my car in a short amount of time. She even called me on the estimated date of delivery to make sure everything was ok. The carrier that she found was very professional, who showed up on time for pick up and delivery. Everything was perfect and there was no damage when the car was delivered. I would pick Ship A Car Direct and have Portia as my rep if I ever have to move my car again. :)
