On a previous auto transport, the carrier showed up without room to load my car. Michael refunded his fee of $225, and also offered to wave his fee on my next transport. When I contacted Michael to transport again, he personally handled the entire process, and honored his word regarding waving his fee. Exceptional service by a man who stands by his word. Pretty rare these days.
